Do I need to install anything on my computer?
No. Karmn is a cloud service. A browser on your computer, tablet or phone is enough. Data syncs automatically.
How much does Karmn cost?
Starter is free. Pro costs €25/mo or €240/year with 20% off. Network costs €49/mo or €470/year. See the Pricing section for details. First shops get early-access terms.
How does AI photo analysis work?
You upload damage photos — the system gives a preliminary estimate of possible work. It's an intake assistant, not a replacement for a qualified mechanic's inspection.
Can I manage multiple locations?
Yes. Karmn supports multiple locations in one account with separate analytics and shared settings when needed.
How long does setup take?
Basic setup takes about 5 minutes: bays, technicians, price list. You can accept your first order the same day. We help with onboarding when you request a demo.
Is there a customer booking portal?
The customer portal for online booking is in development and coming in upcoming updates. The current focus is the internal panel for the shop team.
Where is data stored and who can access it?
Data is stored in secure cloud with backups. Karmn is a multi-tenant platform: your orders, customers and finances are isolated from other shops. The panel is accessible only to your invited team, with role-based permissions.
